My latest Murphy Bed design:

1) Has lower height than a regular Murphy Bed

2) Slider helps keep bed closed (no latch needed)

3) Bed raises to proper level

4) Bed stays inset into the frame

Note: Front feet not shown (but necessary because torque would be too great without it)
